Mutated Vegetables

These days supermarkets only carry uniformly shaped produce, but endless variations naturally occur. Berlin-based artist Uli Westphal documents the ‘non-standard’ fruits, roots and vegetables he finds at fresh produce markets for his project “Mutatoes”.
