President Obama Defends Pardon of Turkey

President Obama has defended his decision to pardon a Turkey this Thanksgiving and plans to address thenation in a two hour speech that provides justification for his Turkey pardon. The speech is titled, “The Obligation of the Just” and contains 35 points that explains why he pardoned the Turkey, named Cranberry. President Obama assembled a team of 55 people to help make the right choice on which Turkey to pardon. After a lengthy one-on-one meeting with Cranberry, Obama made the pardon official.
